SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received today will be packed the following day and dispatched the next day. You can expect a delay if it's a Sunday, a long weekend, a sale, or a national holiday.
Order Cancelation
The order cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and confirmed. The packing process is initiated promptly to ensure fastest possible dispatch with courier partners.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Depending on your location / proximity to NCR, delivery can take 1-14 days. In case you need shipping address changed you must contact us before the package has been shipped. Once the package is handed over to the courier partner we cannot ensure any changes to shipping address. Any concerns or claims related to the delivery must be brought forward within 1 day of receiving it. Tracking number is provided for all the shipments. Regrettably, we will not be able to entertain disputes raised after this specified period.
Learning Live Online reserves the right to decide which courier partner to choose as it depends on several factors and the final decision is with the organization.
Free Shipping is available on certain pre-paid orders only. See the checkout page, after you have entered your address and added all items to cart.
Note: When a package is marked as delivered or a tracking update indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days of the order being marked as delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Along with shipping across India, we also ship to most countries worldwide. Depending on your location / proximity to NCR, India, the delivery can take 2-4 weeks.
You will be able to check the international shipping cost on the cart and checkout page after adding the products. International shipping begins at 1 kilogram and increases by kilograms. Make sure you have enough products in your cart to take advantage of your shipping rate. It is imperative to be aware that different countries have different customs rules and regulations. If your package is held at customs in your country, you will be responsible for communicating with them and for paying any additional costs.
Don’t accept the package if it is damaged - If you decide to accept it, remember to mention it in the delivery note before you are asked to sign off on the delivery.
Always, take a video of the package received and unpacking process - We need this proof to raise a claim with the courier partner without which we won’t be able to offer you compensation for any damage or missing items.
Tracking the Shipment
Once the shipment package is dispatched from our premises, we are not liable for any delay or loss of shipment, or damage to the shipment. In such a case, contact with the courier partner with the tracking info provided to you. Rest assured, we will help in the follow up with the courier company to aid our valued customer.
Sometimes during the peak festive season, or due to seasonal offers on other e-commerce websites, or due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, pandemics, strikes or technical issues, the packages may get delayed but the courier company tries their best to deliver it to you. On your part keep tracking it, as all shipments come with tracking numbers, and contact the courier company for any help with your package. Your support means the world to us as a small business which is running on limited human resources.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers or members are responsible for reviewing their full order details, including product specifications, quantities, shipping addresses, and other relevant information before confirming the order.
Refund & Returns Policy
Your TOTAL satisfaction is important to us at Learning Live Online, we strive to deliver a great experience to you through all our offerings. We take utmost care and pack all your orders carefully. Should there be any problem with your product, drop a message from the contact page of the website here and we will do our best to sort it for you.
In the rare case of missing item you must inform us within a day of receiving it with a proper video proof of unboxing and order details. The right to take final decision rests with the admin. You must ship (on your cost) the eligible items in their original packaging, with all price tags intact, unused, unworn, untampered, in the same condition as received, along with the proof of purchase (our invoice or bill). After receiving the package, refund if any, will be issued to payment source once it passes the quality checks.
Shipments sent back without seeking approval from Learning Live Online will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of products sold on this website, we have a strict NO refund / returns and NO exchange policy.
Products cannot be returned if you have changed your mind and do not want them anymore. Slight color variations are inevitable due to various types of screens on mobiles and monitors, and how they display colors, and also because every individual may see the colors differently. We always do our best to take care of lighting and such things while photographing, so that you get to see the colors as accurately as possible.
To give you the experience of Live shopping, the product listings at Learning Live Online have videos along with a page on our website which has our own videos listed on YouTube or IG, that show you colors and shades in as much accuracy as possible. So if you want to see the most accurate shades then do visit the page link given with each product and view the videos as many times as you like, until you are satisfied. Products will not be exchanged for any color related problems. You can order again and feel free to connect with us for any pre-sales queries.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items as they are made-to-order). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchase to eliminate any issues later.
Supplies and related products
All the supplies that are sold on Learning Live Online, like threads, yarns, hooks, needles, pens, papers, fabric etc. are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. They cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We perform many quality checks at various stages, from stocking them to dispatching them. In rare case if you receive some defective item, do inform within a day and read the sections above for the full process. A complete and proper unpacking video along with bills, receipts, price tags is compulsory to get claims from the courier companies.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the event your package returns (RTO) for any of the following reasons, the 2-way shipping costs [when free shipping is offered, the shipping charges will be calculated based on actual] will be deducted, and only after you have paid the charges, the order will be reshipped. It is pertinent to note that in cases where an order has not been delivered for the following reasons, we will not issue a refund.
- Consignee address incorrect.
- Consignee phone incorrect.
- Consignee not available / not contactable.
- Consignee refused to accept.
- OTP verified cancellation.
- IVR (automated) or any calls not answered by the recipient.
SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
